How to navigate our website

Welcome to Babystorefront.com.  To find our privacy policy, contact us, frequently asked questions, policies, and links pages, use the site navigation in the main heading of each page. The home page, product search, site map, checkout, and order tracking links are in the upper right corner of each page.

Products are organized into seven main categories with links in the left column of each page.  Most categories are further divided into subcategories which are displayed at the top of the left column when a main catgory is selected.

Each category and subcategory can be sorted by name, price, or SKU in ascending or decending order.  We recommend that "sort by SKU" be selected since that results in the prducts of each of our vendors being displayed together.  Have a great day.

How secure is BabyStorefront.com?

BabyStorefront.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.

What shipping method do you use?

We use UPS and the US Postal service depending on the items. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if items are back-ordered, discontinued or no longer available. See shipping rates table. Click Here

Do you offer rush deliveries?

In most cases our standard 4 to 5 business days upon order is sufficient. If you need a rush delivery, please e-mail us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal through our secure merchant account.

Do sales taxes apply to purchases?

For sales delivered within the State of California, sales tax is applicable. Sales delivered outside California are not taxed.

How long will it take to receive my personalized items?

Your personalized order will ship within 7 to 10 days after receiving your order. If circumstances will delay the shipment, we will inform you by e-mail.
