Return Policy
To return items within the 15 day period, make a copy of the invoice that was included with your original package with a note indicating the reason for return. Send the item and invoice copy to JnR Industries, 1808 S. Santa Fe Avenue, Vista, CA 92084. Please indicate whether you prefer an exchange or credit. Unless the item is returned for damage or defects only the original sale price, less a 10 percent restocking charge, will be refunded. Diaper Cakes and Personalized items are not returnable unless they are defective. If shipping address will be different than the original address, please include the new one.
Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
Postage must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D.'s. Packages returned by UPS as undeliverable or rejected by recipients incur a $10.00 returned item fee by UPS. Because our account is automatically charged, please double check ship-to information before placing your order as we must pass this charge onto you in such an event.
Backorder Policy
In any instance that an item is on back-order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
Shipping Policies
At Baby Storefront, we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible, usually within 4 to 5 days. Diaper cakes please allow 7 business days (Mon-Fri). If your are wanted a diaper cake for a shower please allow 2 weeks, we cannot guarantee shipping problems like weather. Please note that our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:
0 - $30 = $5.95
$31 - $70 = $6.95
$71 - $100 = 8.95
$100 + = Free Shipping

some oversized or extra heavy bulky items and the extra shipping charge will be listed at checkout.
The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment.
Damaged Goods Policy
It is critical that you inspect packaging and the items contained therein for damages immediately. Prompt inspection of packaging should be done as soon as the order arrives and while the delivery person is still there (if at all possible). Neither the shipping company nor the manufacturer will provide any allowance or insurance coverage if damaged packaging is not called to the attention of the driver.
Baby Storefront cannot be responsible for damage that should have been reported to the shipper.
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will ship out a new item at our expense (subject to proper customer inspections as specified above).
